How many of our armed forces will refuse to take part in it if our government go's to remove any or all of these rights.
How many in law enforcement will hold true to the oaths they took? 
These are questions I truly would like to hear the answers to.
These are questions we all should ponder and pray over.
Our rights will not disappear over night they have not done so yet. What is happening is they are going a little here and there 
until they will be gone one by one.

 I disagree with all the hysteria, hype, dishonesty, and intentional propaganda with what too many opportunists refer to as "assault weapons". You and I learned a long time ago in boot camp that a rifle is only a tool, it is the person behind the weapon who does the killing. Not one of these weapons can choose its own ammunition, select the proper magazine, arm itself, transport itself to the crime scene, choose its targets, commit the crimes, flee the scene, and evade authorities-all of those acts are committed by a human making the decisions. The decidedly biased legislation that is being proposed is not targeting the criminals, but millions of law abiding Americans who broke no laws. They were enjoying their rights under both the 2nd and 14th Amendments. Mr. Obama's hasty signing of twenty-three new executive orders relating to firearms are both dubious and ambiguous. It also needs to be noted that these arbitrary laws are being tied into the Obama-care laws. The idea of requiring licensed physicians to report all of their patients who own guns to the federal government is straight out of both Nazi Germany and Stalin's Russia. We are better men than that. If an American who has broken no laws wants to purchase a military style firearm then that is personal and private business between himself and the vendor. I go to the range quite often and meet many men and women who own all sorts of military style weapons. They are not irresponsible, unsafe, or have criminal intentions. Many, in fact, are veterans. Others are just plain ordinary shooting enthusiasts. They are not a threat. Additionally you already know that before we can purchase firearms they perform a quick check on every American. You have to show I.D. fill out several pages of paperwork, and wait for the FFL (Federal Firearms Licensed) dealer to get approval from Law Enforcement. Once you obtain the approval the sale then moves forward and the purchase can be completed. (Let me break this one off into a second part.)The national Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun Control Act of 1968, the Omnibus Crime Control Act of 1968, the Firearm Owner's protection Act of 1986, the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act, and the Violent Crime Control Act of 1994. The two defining aspects that they all have in common is that none of these laws prevented crime and it allowed the federal government to take away more rights from the American people. the 1986 law is particularly embarrassing to the government because when the feds confiscated 175,000 licensed automatic firearms owned by law abiding American citizens it was revealed that not a single one had been used in the commission of a single crime. America's continual problem is not with "assault weapons" but "assault people". Your comment regarding the street is absolutely right! We have multiple street gangs all across the nation with a very impressive array of military hardware. That is our greatest problem. I think another significant area that the politicians and media have been avoiding discussing the violence found in both the video gaming and entertainment industries. Considering the fact that the entertainment industry donates millions to both political parties (75% to the Democrats vs 25% to the Republicans) I am not holding my breath to see Washington do anything to a reliable source of money.
The third part of this deals with this complex issue is another very disturbing trend. The fact that over 81% of Americans do not trust their own government (I'm one of them.) As tragic as the Sandy Hook shootings were, anyone with even an once of objectivity would be inclined to see that the governments story and account of the incident and events surrounding it do not add up. Check these out for yourself. There have already been six different websites that were posting memorials for the Sandy Hook victims up to four weeks before the shootings occurred. The little girl, Emilie Parker, who's father was all over the media doing a complete show biz skit on his daughters death was later photographed alive and well with Mr. Obama? Victoria Soto's Facebook page was featuring her obituary four days before the shooting? The United Way had a complete Sandy Hook website and donations for the victims page that was on the web 72 hours before the incident? Web pages require planning, consideration, design, and approval; and yet these well designed and public websites are popping up prior to the commission of the crime? The official story had only three firearms involved, now they have again changed their story and have admitted that there were four pistols recovered from the crime scene (which is odd because Adam Lanza's mother only had two pistols). The police have already admitted that the rifle was not used in the shooting and was in fact brought into the school by one of the officers after the fact (in your and my world that amounts to planting evidence.) Another statistic that is very questionable are the casualties. At Columbine 12 were killed and 21 injured, at Aurora 12 were killed and 58 injured, at Ft. Hood 13 were killed and 29 were injured, at Virginia Tech 32 were killed and 17 injured. At Sandy Hook it was 26 killed and 1 injured. This means that Adam Lanza, a 20 year old introvert with asperger''s syndrome, was able to shoot over 26 children between three and eleven times each. This would place Lanza's marksmanship abilities above the majority of SWAT officers and tactical responders in the entire United States. Of course the other aspect of this questionable incident also has ignored the first rule of assassination: After the act has been done-assassinate the assassin.

Now it seems if you talk about God or politics you are shoving it down someones throat.

Since I am a member of the BSA I must be a homophob radical religious freak of some kind.

The Gunny was going to post this tomorrow but in light of Obama now appointing THREE Obomobots to the NLRB, in conjunction with the appointment of Cordray, it should be posted NOW!
1.  Obama and unrepentant terrorist William Ayers misappropriated over 300 million dollars in donations meant for the education of Chicago’s minority students. They routed the money to Obama’s community activist buddies who then tried to turn the students in radicals. The program was a total failure.
2.  Obama, as an Illinois State Senator, redirected tens of millions in Illinois tax dollars to Valerie Jarrett and Tony Rezko, to provide housing for low income families. They returned the favor with political donations. The housing units were built with cheap materials and labor and are uninhabitable after a mere 10 years of use.
3.  Obama accepted millions in illegal campaign contributions from foreign credit cards after the credit card filters used to screen out foreign money, was switched off. This also allowed domestic donors, who were over the legal limit, to contribute more.
4.  Obama and SecState Clinton’s efforts to bring the US under the UN’s Small Arms Treaty are direct violations of the Second Amendment of the US Constitution.
5.  Obama attempted to move control of the Census Bureau from the Commerce Department to the White House, to be managed by then Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel.
6.  Obama had provided under the radar amnesty to illegal immigrants by allowing ICE Director John Morton to prohibit ICE officers from enforcing US immigration laws.
7.  Obama allowed USAG Holder to ignore the violation of US immigration laws in the sanctuary cities, i.e.,San Francisco, etc.
8.  Obama has failed to defend US soil in Arizona as Mexican troops bring illegals and drugs into the USA, crossing the border doing so. This is a direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution.
9.  Obama illegally fired the IG Walpin for investigating Obama’s buddy, Mayor Kevin Johnson (Sacramento), for fraud (850K) with AmeriCorps.
10.  Obama is in contempt of Federal court for his illegal oil drilling moratorium in the Gulf.
11.  Obama spent a month as the UN Security Council Chair in 2009, which raises the question of his conflict of interest between the US and the UN. This is also likely a violation of his Oath of Office as the UN conflicts with our Constitution on many levels, i.e., LOST, UN Small Arms ban, etc.
12.  Obama signed an EO in December 2009 that allows Interpol to operate in the US without oversight by Congress, courts, FBI, or local law enforcement.
13.  Obama and SecState Clinton misappropriated, er, used $23 million in US taxpayer funds to help Obama’s homeland of Kenya move to a communist nation where the freedom of speech, private property rights, and other rights are subservient to “social justice”. This includes the fact that the Kenyan constitution adopted Sharia Law, which violates the basic human rights of women.
14.  Obama was likely involved with then Governor Rod Blagojevich to try and sell his Illinois Senate seat, i.e., pay to play. Jesse Jackson Jr is under investigation for it and it appears that Valerie Jarrett might also have been involved.
15.  Obama ran a website that asked Americans to report on other Americans, in the area of ObamaKare, using whitehouse.gov and taxpayer money to do so. He repeated this with AttackWatch.
16.  Obama got onto the Indiana ballot through voter fraud in 2008.
17.  Obama sealed all of his records that would show that he is possibly an illegal president, that he is feloniously using a false SSN, that his draft registration number is false, that his Fulbright award was falsely awarded as Obama claimed foreign student status, and that his student aid was falsely obtained.
18.  Obama violated the Constitution by firing the GM CEO.
19.  Obama violated bankruptcy laws by forcing GM bondholders to accept millions of dollars in losses of money that they were legally entitled to.
20.  Obama violated bankruptcy laws by awarding the UAW with a share of GM and Chrysler during their bankruptcy proceedings.
21.  Obama bought votes for ObamaKare with acts like, “Cornhusker Kickback”, “Louisiana Purchase” and the DoI increasing water allocations toCalifornia’sCentral Valley. This brought in the votes of Dennis Cardoza and Jim Costa, both Democrat holdouts.
22.  Obama lied about Americans being able to keep their healthcare coverage if they wanted to. ObamaKare is already forcing them out of their current coverage.
23.  Obama attempted to bribe Joe Sestak with a job offer in order to get him to drop out of the Senate race against Arlen Specter.
24.  Obama bypassed Congress and told the EPA to set carbon emission standards.
25.  Obama forced BP to pony up a $20 billion slush fund to compensate Gulf Coast businesses and residents affected by the BP oil spill. It was administered by one of Obama’s political appointees and there is NO Congressional oversight.
26.  Obama did nothing to Holder (abetted a felony) when Holder refused to prosecute two New Black Panther Party members for brandishing weapons in front of a voting location in Filthadelphia. A direct violation of the voters Civil Rights.
27.  Obama bypassed the Senate with a recess appointment of Donald Berwick as the head of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Violates policy.

32.  Obama instigated a revolution in Egypt against an ally in the War on Terror.
33.  Obama violated the War Powers Act of 1973 by conducting a war against Libya without Congressional authorization.
34.  Obama lied to the American people when he said that there were no US troops on the ground in Libya and then later said they were only “logistical troops.”
35.  Obama acted in April 2009, at the G20 meeting, to expand the Special Drawing Rights, that now gives the IMF more control over the US economy.
36.  Obama gave missile codes to British Trident missiles to Russia.
37.  Obama passed the Dream Act through an executive order, bypassing Congress again. DREAM is: Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors.
38.  Obama gave taxpayer funds to Solyndra (amongst others).
39.  Obama issued an EO on July 12, 2011, attempting to restrict the Second  Amendment rights of US citizens in Texas, California, New Mexico and Arizona.
40.  Obama’s allowed the FCC to assume authority over the internet, in direct violation of a federal appeals court that DENIED the commission that authority. In December, the FCC voted and passed the first federal regulations on internet traffic.
41.  Obama allows the DHS/TSA to routinely violate the 4th/5th Amendment rights of Americans at airports, train stations, and VIPER checkpoints.
42.  Obama allows the DOJ in 2009 to stop enforcing federal drug laws in regards to marijuana.
43.  Obama allows the DOJ to refuse to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act.
44.  Obama attempted to bypass Congress and raise the Debt Ceiling by “reinterpreting” the 14th Amendment.
45.  Obama just bypassed the Senate AGAIN by appointing Richard Cordray to a new unconstitutional agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Violates policy.

A part of my life is gone a small part for me but a important part all the same. It is a big loss for my brother & my niece.  I have few words of my own at this time. I will miss her. We have laughed and cried together over the years I loved her just as much as I do any of my family. I know you go to a better place and that one day I will see you again.

Scrambled eggs A update on my madness.

OK some of you have known me for a time. I might have been little crazy in the past but I think now since the car crash maybe just maybe I have gone over the edge. It is clear I had or have a concussion how long one can last I can not  seem to get a answer on. If there is or is not any long term damage is something I want to find out. I got the nerve up to start talking about it. Brain damage that is. How do I know for sure whats different whats the same? I know the fog that has been my life the hungover feeling that comes and gos is not normal. But my memory, what was it like before. Was I always this way? I remember the crash, But people that I know , have known for years I forget there names sometimes even how to spell shit I should know.
Shit! Its...(ok I told myself I wouldn't hole back on this.) I had to look at my drivers lic. to spell my last name and get my birth date right. I know that's not normal.I can not do the normal crap I once did. that is the normal or what I think was normal for me.I think maybe I am truly going mad!
I got the pic's of the car the other day. Fist time I saw them I couldn't get a good look of them on Kenny's phone. I was somewhat shocked. not sure what I was expecting. I needed some one to talk to last night. I called Kenny it felt like I was talking to a stranger. What the fuck! I can not live with this shit. I have no way out of it. How can I even find a job when I can not remember what jobs I had when. All I have is peaces.
I pick up a app the other day for subway by the time I was done with it, it was so... well it was fucked up.
You ever sat in your house and felt lost? Well its scary as hell.

That was 4 days ago but seems longer.                              Pain is the word of the day. The fog is back. Reading my old blogs asking myself did I wright that?
I spent most the day in bed my back hurting worst then it ever has or at least as far as I can remember.
I took something for the pain it has helped some but I don't think I be taking my walk today.
The blog is a good thing, I think. It has helped me get my bamaged drain working. At least on the recent stuff. But who gives a fuck! Just me.
I am sure there is others but I have no Ideal how many or who they are for sure.

Dear Abby,
My husband has a long record of money problems. He runs up huge credit-card bills and at the end of the month, if I try to pay them off, he shouts at me, saying I am stealing his money. He says pay the minimum and let our kids worry about the rest, but already we can hardly keep up with the interest. Also he has been so arrogant and abusive toward our neighbors that most of them no longer speak to us. The few that do are an odd bunch, to whom he has been giving a lot of expensive gifts, running up our bills even more. Also, he has gotten religious. One week he hangs out with Catholics and the next with people who say the Pope is the Anti-Christ, and the next he's with Muslims.. Finally, the last straw. He's demanding that before anyone can be in the same room with him, they must sign a loyalty oath. It's just so horribly creepy! Can you help?

Obuma 's at it again

A Friend of mine posted this. I could not have put it better my self. I will admit I have yet to read all of Obuma 's executive orders. but I dont think I am jumping the gun pardon the pun.                                                                         
President Obama's 23 new executive orders on weapons should cause concern to many people.
First, none of the measures he is implementing would have stopped last months shooting. The administration has already admitted that the Department of Justice under Eric Holder had not done their duty to enforce the already existing gun laws.
Second, Mr. Obama is now intending to use his so-called Healthcare Law as a basis on which "the government" will determine who is qualified to own a firearm. Please re-read numbers 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, and 23. People should note that this is the exact same tactic that both the Nazis and Communists used for decades to keep their political prisoners locked up in government run "mental institutions". Some of the historic examples of people governments deemed mentally ill were men like Martin Niemoller, Dietrich Bonhoffer, Alexander Solzhenitsyn, Lech Walesa. People who suffer from mental illness should not own a firearm. However, when Americans take into account the fact that no one really knows what is in Obama-care; how the administration is defining it (which changes daily to suit its political aims), the judicial, medical, moral, and mental activism of its advocates, and their desire to obtain total and complete control at any cost. The scenario becomes even more serious.
Third, the executive orders from Mr. Obama, and pending legislation being submitted by the so-called "unbiased and impartial" committee of Joe Biden and Eric Holder are being quickly shoved through the legislative process without a thorough investigation. Facts and evidences are surfacing daily that multiple discrepancies and too many unanswered questions are coming to light regarding the incident. Yet Mr. Obama and his Party are moving ahead with their agenda hoping to capitalize on hysteria to achieve their political aims.
Fourth, we as Americans need to stay active and contact our representatives and demand that they ask the tough questions and get answers. What is being pushed through right now under the guise of proposed legislation goes completely against the U.S. Constitution.

I also believe that If we allow The Constitution to be hacked up and our rights altered even if its just one Amendment,  Then the Constitution has been weakened and the rest of our rights are in danger and easier pry.

These words are know to so many of us but how close to them are you, how well do you under stand them?
"provide for the common defense". How can we do that with no 2nd amendment. Same thing with "promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity"
With out the 1st amendment I could not even speak here about God or against the government we now have. Our rights are under attack again. Attacked by the same people it protects. People that seemed disillusioned about what they are doing to there country as well as to them selves.

figures from Down Under.

It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by a new law to
surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by our own
government, a program costing Australia taxpayers

The first year results are now in:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 6.2 percent,
Australia-wide, assaults are up 9.6 percent;
Australia-wide, armed robberies are up 44 percent (yes, 44 percent)!

Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public
safety has decreased, after such monumental effort and expense was expended in 'successfully ridding Australian society of guns....' You won't see this on the American evening news or hear your governor or members of the State Assembly disseminating this information.

The Australian experience speaks for itself. Guns in the
hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws affect only the law-abiding citizens.

The blueprint for how Americans would be disarmed during a declared civil emergency is contained in an Army manual that outlines a plan to confiscate firearms to prevent them falling into the hands of rioters or dissidents.Given the imminent introduction of Senator Dianne Feinstein’s draconian gun control legislation, which would instantly criminalize millions of gun owners in the United States if passed, concerns that the Obama administration could launch a massive gun confiscation effort have never been greater.In July 2012, the process by which this could take place was made clear in a leaked US Army Military Police training manual for “Civil Disturbance Operations” (PDF) dating from 2006. Similar plans were also outlined in an updated manual released in 2010 entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations.The document outlines how military assets will be used to “help local and state authorities to restore and maintain law and order” in the event of mass riots, civil unrest or a declaration of martial law.On page 20 of the manual, rules regarding the use of “deadly force” in confronting “dissidents” are made disturbingly clear with the directive that a, “Warning shot will not be fired.”“Restrictions on the sale, transfer, and possession of sensitive material such as gasoline, firearms, ammunition, and explosives will help control forces in minimizing certain forms of violence,” states the document on page 40.The issue of gun confiscation is also covered in the manual, which makes clear that every effort will be made to prevent “rioters” and “dissidents” from having access to weapons.“A main consideration in the conduct of civil disturbance operations is to prevent liquor, drugs, weapons, and ammunition from falling into the hands of rioters. Therefore, liquor stores, drug stores, sporting good shops, pawn shops, and hardware stores are main targets for looters and must be kept under close observation by means of foot and motorized patrols. Normally, businesses of this type must be identified in advance and included in emergency plans,” states the manual. (Emphasis added.)
